Our Stories Meet the Shepherd's Arms Children's Home Graduates At the Shepherd’s Arms Children’s Home, we’ve had the joy of watching children not only grow up in a safe and loving environment, but also go on to achieve remarkable things. Some of our proudest moments come when we see our children graduate from university — a dream made possible through the love, care, and support of faithful sponsors and our dedicated team. But their story doesn’t end at graduation. Each graduate returns home and for two years, they volunteer in the very place they were once cared for. They come back not just as helpers, but as role models, mentors, and family. They pour into the next generation, walking alongside the younger children as older brothers and sisters, showing them what’s possible with faith, determination, and the right support. This beautiful cycle of growth and giving back is what makes Shepherd’s Arms so special. It’s more than a program — it’s a family. • New Project- Haven of Hope | Shepards Arms Childr

Haven of Hope Introducing Our Newest Initiative: A Safe Haven for Survivors of Child Trafficking (Coming Soon) Get Involved Shepherd’s Arms is in the early stages of developing a dedicated refuge for survivors of child trafficking in the Philippines—a critical need in this region. Currently finalizing site plans and securing government approvals, this holistic rehabilitation centre will provide: Safe Housing Our residential facility will be designed as more than just shelter – it will be a true sanctuary. Located on secured grounds with 24/7 protective oversight, it will have therapeutic living spaces and home like touches. Specialized trauma care We're partnering with licensed professionals to deliver trauma therapy, medical care and neurodevelopmental support. Education and life skills Each child will have access to a good education, with personalised academic plans, practical life skills, and opportunities for career progression. Spiritual and emotional restoration Our Christ centred approach will include trauma informed discipleship, faith based expressive therapies and community reintegration in healthy social environments. Why This Matters In the Philippines, an estimated 60,000-100,000 children are trafficked annually (ICAT 2023). Less than 15% of rehabilitation centres offer this level of specialised, long-term care. Our model addresses the whole person - where most programs focus only on immediate rescue
