Friends of the Fatherless (FOF) is a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to serving orphaned and vulnerable children globally. Rooted in Christian values, they partner with local caregivers and churches to provide loving homes, education, and holistic care—ensuring every child experiences family, hope, and a future.
What they do:
1. Orphan Care – Support residential homes and foster care for children without families.
2. Education – Fund schooling, vocational training, and scholarships.
3. Spiritual Nurturing– Share the Gospel and disciple children in partnership with local churches.
4. Community Outreach – Empower vulnerable families to prevent child abandonment.
5. Advocacy– Mobilize individuals and churches to defend the fatherless (James 1:27).
Friends of the Fatherless operate in 10+ countries, including Haiti, India, and Uganda, transforming lives through sustainable, locally led solutions.
